Saga: a long story about events that happen over many years.

                                                   - Longman's Dictionary

"We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give."

      - Winston Churchill

Susan Kirke, born in an English mansion, marries her father's gardener John Dean, is disowned by her high-born family and pushed to a life of wandering. The Deans and their eight children arrive in the New World at the onset of winter, ill-equipped for the challenge of survival in a hostile land. A story based on the author's ancestors - real personal history.

Tell it your way

Everyone has a story. It could be the tale of an entire life, selected parts or themes or a collection of certain memories. It may be particular wisdom learned or advice to impart.

There is no such thing as an uninteresting story. You have things to say, words to pass on, memories to be written down.

A personal history is your story. It’s who you are, what you are, what you think, what you have to say. It’s the emotions, feelings, thoughts and actions that make up your life. And often, too, it’s a darned good yarn!

Don’t leave it too late

Memories do fade. Events do get forgotten. Time does erase.

If we save our stories and our families’ stories, who we are will not be forgotten. Our legacy will not disappear.

And, yes, it’s takes time, lots of time, to collect those thoughts, share those memories and put them all together. That’s where we can help.

Let’s have words – your words

If you don’t have the time to put your story down or don’t trust your writing skills, we can do it for you.

We are experienced interviewers, writers and editors and we’ll work with you and your family to create a professionally written and produced memento that tells your story your way and keeps your memories safe. It’s fun, too. As we say above, let’s have words!
